The National Credit Regulator (NCR) does not remove you from debt review in South Africa, a NCR registered Debt Counsellor does.
The only way you can get removed from debt review in South Africa is if you get issued with a NCR clearance certificate. For this to happen, you must meet one of the following criteria:
